When the headphone is used, some users experience extremely low volume even you maximize the volume by using the volume icon on the menu bar.

is it just me or is the small spanish image broken? Not sure where the right place to ask this is... Here?
I wasn't able to clone it. Seems like some file is missing. the .aa ending of the image archive?
