Add links to fields in dashboards

Description: 

Some fields in the dashboards could be linked to their actual pages but they are not, currently.

For instance, the hub field in the edoovillages dashboard:
https://www.labdoo.org/content/edoovillages-dashboard

Of the hub and edoovillage fields in the dootronics dashboard:
https://www.labdoo.org/content/dootronics-dashboard

Make sure all linkable fields are linked.
