We should have 15 minutes at the end before the cleanup to ask attendees for feedback regarding the meet up to give an incentive for people to engage more

2) How can you apply what you learned for your team?
3) What would you have done differently?

I'll look into making and printing something for people to write on. I figure it would be a good thing to have it documented down.
