Hi Jordi,

If a hub has two managers, is there a way to message both managers at the same time?

Hi,

You can only contact one user at a time.

Alternatively, you can send a message using any of the teams. For instance, use the coffee shop to send a message to more than one user at the same time as follows:

- Go to the coffee shop and click "start conversation": https://www.labdoo.org/node/add/team-page?og_group_ref=23

- Under sharing options, uncheck the option "Share with all members of this team" (this way you can control who will receive the message).

- Under "Share with additional users", add as many user names as you wish.

By doing this, only those users you add under "Share with additional users" will receive your message via email. So effectively, this allows you to send a single message to multiple users. See attached screenshot.

This works on any team you want (not just the coffee shop). Obviously this makes your message public on the wall, but only the selected users will receive a notification email.
