As we will get more than 500 donations of dootronics from one company I need the get a hit list with more than 500 hits, when running a free text search (actually the list is limited up to 500 hits). Will last some months, but in spring 2016 Telekom (Germany) will have donated more than 500 laptops. Then I have to present this list also for more than 500 hits. Thanks.

I increased the limit to 1000
I increased the limit to 1000 items. It's not a generic solution, in the future we will need a better way to deal with this as the number of dootronics increases, but for now this is a temporary solution.
Please notice also that to generate a report, the best way is to use the 'Dootronics dashboard': https://www.labdoo.org/content/dootronics-dashboard. You can use free-text search there as well and you can click on 'Download' to generate a spreadsheet.
