Dear team

we having issues with internet connection some of our lenovo laptops. they just stopped picking wifi connection. what could be the issue? thanks for your help!

Hi Milele,

If WIFI was working for your laptops and all of a sudden they stopped working, it could be that the issue is with the WIFI router. Could you try restarting the router and verifying the it works? Otherwise, you can send us some screenshots of the WIFI application in the laptop and the error message that you are getting so we can try to understand better the issue. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your response. I tried out few ideas and realized network is working if i use ethernet cable instead. Maybe just a concern what can i do to enable the laptops just use the Wi-Fi without the cable, because some of the laptops are to be used a bit far from the router? Thank you
