Add "rule" on the Labdoo tags

Request: Add the following statement in the Labdoo tags. Text below. Sample picture attached.

"This device has to stay at your property.
If ignored, donations will stop."

Background:
The core team has discussed to add the following statements in the recipient agreement in Edoovillage request form. The short statement above is complements the agreement. The added statement will be printed with the other existing tags and will be placed on a laptop.
New clause in the Agreement: "(1.3) Donated items may only be removed from school ground with admittance of Labdoo (example, teachers cannot take laptops outside school). If Labdoo reviser visit your project and discovered donated items are missing, your school / project will be excluded from Labdoo support and CANNOT receive any further donation."
