1.  Project Summary: (Please provide a brief statement about the purpose that the laptops will serve in your project site.)
    FBHO set up libraries in remote areas in Cambodia. The libraries provide newspaper and book for local villagers.
    And libraries are also along with classroom functions, villagers and children could gather and learn in there.
    FBHO hope that we can provide computers in libraries, let villages and children have chance to to know and learn computer skill.
    And also we want to open English class in libraries, if we have computer, the teacher may use the computer to help teaching.

    9.1. Is the access via wireless or cable?If we want get the internet in the future, we need to use via wireless.
10. Conditions about the room where the laptops will be installed:
    10.1. Is the room secure? [yes / no + brief explanation] yes, the library has administrators.
    10.2. Can the room be locked in a way that the supervisors (e.g. teachers) can control access? [yes / no + brief explanation] yes, both of that.
    10.3. Is the room weather-proof? (e.g. does the room protect the laptops from rain, sand, etc?) [yes / no + brief explanation] yes, the libraries are like a classroom.
