Scopul proiectului nostru are mereu în vedere îmbogăţirea ariei de activitate a
copiilor rezidenţi (vorbind acum despre activităţile din domeniul informaticii).
Aşa cum este de la sine înţeles, activitatea ne ajută să propăşim, să ne lărgim
orizontul, să valorificăm resursele şi timpul, să ne descoperim şi să ne dezvoltăm talentul şi,
mai ales, ne aşează o rânduială în viaţă, ne educă. În acest sens, statutul copilului rezident
impune, cu deosebire, un program de lucru bine stabilit şi o varietate de activităţi disponibile,
care să-l disciplineze şi să-i asigure o dezvoltare optimă. În ceea ce priveşte informatica, am
resimţit în rândul copiilor înclinaţi spre această latură şi nu numai, dorinţa de a aprofunda
cunoştinţele în ceea ce priveşte utilizarea calculatorului şi diversele aplicaţii. Laptopurile vor
fi de un real folos şi pentru un proiect cu voluntari străini, vorbitori nativi de limbă engleză,
care doresc să ofere suport copiilor în exersarea acestei limbi străine (prin sesiuni online via
Skype).
În acest sens, de un real folos ar fi să le punem la dispoziţie un cabinet de informatică
dotat cu un număr suficient de laptopuri, activitatea fiind moderată de un adult cu competenţe
în domeniul informaticii.

The purpose of our project is always to enrich the area of ​​activity
to resident children (now speaking about computer activities).
As is self-evident, the activity helps us to grow, expand
the horizon, to capitalize on resources and time, to discover and develop our talent and,
above all, it sets us up in life, educates us. In this respect, the status of the resident child
imposes, in particular, a well-established work program and a variety of available activities,
which will discipline it and ensure its optimal development. As far as informatics is concerned, I have
felt among the children inclined to this side and not only, the desire to deepen
knowledge of computer use and various applications. Laptops will
be of real use for a project with foreign volunteers, native speakers of English,
who want to support children in the practice of this language (via online sessions via
Skype).
In this sense, a real use would be to provide a computer cabinet
equipped with a sufficient number of laptops, the activity being moderated by an adult with skills
in the field of informatics.

Dear Laptop receiver:

We are very pleased to have the opportunity to contribute to your project by providing technology to help bridge the digital divide. 
With every right comes responsibilities. Technology, when adequately used, can provide very powerful means to aid those that are 
most in need. But if used improperly, it can also damage our environment. By receiving the above items, you are automatically a
ccepting to abide by the following Labdoo global responsibilities:

(1) The items received will be used only for the purpose described by your organization at the time you solicited this donation. 
If you intend to use it for a different purpose, you will contact first the Labdoo team at contact@labdoo.org.

(2) In the case that an incidence occurs to any of the received items, you will contact the Labdoo team at contact@labdoo.org, 
including in your email the tagging number of the item(s) related to the incidence and a brief explanation. The following 
incidences must always be reported:
	(2.1) At the end of life of any of the received items, so that the item can be properly recycled. 
	(2.2) When an item breaks, malfunctions or any change in its status.

(3) Every six months, please send an email to contact@labdoo.org with the list of laptops that you have and their status (working or not working).

(4) Labdoo laptops are offered for free to you for education purposes.  In return, you agree to not use the laptops for commercial
reasons and you agree not to charge any fee for the usage of the laptops.  

(5) By returning this form filled in, the solicitor confirms owning all rights on sent materials (current or in the future) submitted to Labdoo.org and allowing such content to be publicly available from Labdoo.org. In addition, the solicitor confirms having approval for taking pictures of the children and/or any person benefiting from Labdoo laptops, tablets or any Labdoo donations, from their parents and/or legal guardians. Labdoo.org explicitly points to the fact that sent materials and pictures/photos may be used online and/or offline, and hence that they can be accessed by third parties, and that such pictures are used to help preserve the transparency and accountability of the projects.
