Possible heuristic:
Periodically: If dootrip has expired, and dootrip had laptops assigned, and laptops are in S4, mark dootrip as completed. Otherwise, marked it as canceled

This is due to the cache been refreshed only once an hour.
Possible solution: clean up the cache for a given user only once he/she created a new object

I just created an edoovillage and found out I have no right to delete it. Why is that?
Should the creator not be able to delete it?
If you have worries that people delete edoovillages in error you could implement a logic that only edoovillage who have no dootronics assigned to them can be deleted.
What do you think?
