Labdoo Conference Barcelona 2017
"Come share your ideas to spread education around the world!"

If you are in the area of Barcelona or if you would like to travel to Barcelona on October 21, join us and share your ideas and stories on how together we can use global collaboration and technology to help spread education around the world. For several years many people around Project Labdoo.org have volunteered many hours and worked hard to get the project bootstrapped/initiated. Today, thanks to all of you, Labdoo is a reality, servicing laptops to more than 1000 schools in 120 countries, reaching out to more than 285 thousand students globally. We've worked together building and using the Labdoo humanitarian social network from anywhere: from your home, from your high school, from your work, from your university or from your NGO, many times connecting with people thousands of kilometers/miles away. For this reason we think it is time to get together, because not even the best technology can replace the human touch that connects us all.

We are excited to have a remarkable group of keynote speakers and visitors from as far as India, Ghana, Ecuador, or Italy and with live connections from many others in California, Colombia, Switzerland and Germany. They will share their amazing stories in pursue of an education, and show us how through their global activism they are now changing the lives of many others by spreading education using the Labdoo collaborative tools.

This event is not-for-profit and it has been organized without formal funding, only through in-kind donations and collaboration.

Conferència Labdoo Barcelona 2017
"Vine i comparteix les teves idees per difondre l'educació arreu del món!"

Si us trobeu a la zona de Barcelona o si voleu viatjar a Barcelona el 21 d'octubre, uniu-vos i compartiu les vostres idees i històries sobre com, junts, podem utilitzar la col·laboració i la tecnologia globals per ajudar a difondre l'educació a tot el món. Durant diversos anys moltes persones al voltant del Projecte Labdoo.org s'han ofert moltes hores i han treballat dur per arrencar el projecte. Avui, gràcies a tots vosaltres, Labdoo és una realitat, servint ordinadors portàtils a més de 1000 escoles de 120 països, arribant a més de 285 mil estudiants a nivell mundial. Hem treballat junts creant i utilitzant la xarxa social humanitària de Labdoo des de qualsevol lloc: des de la vostra llar, des del teu institut, des del teu treball, des de la teva universitat o des de la teva ONG, moltes vegades connectant-te amb persones a milers de quilòmetres de distància. Per aquest motiu pensem que és hora de reunir-nos, perquè ni tan sols la millor tecnologia pot reemplaçar el toc humà que ens connecta a tots.

Ens complau comptar amb un notable grup de ponents i visitants destacats des de l'Índia, Ghana, Equador o Itàlia i amb connexions en viu de molts altres a Califòrnia, Colòmbia, Suïssa i Alemanya. Comparteixen les seves sorprenents històries per aconseguir una educació i ens mostren com a través del seu activisme global estan canviant la vida de molts altres mitjançant la difusió de l'educació mitjançant les eines col·laboratives de Labdoo.

"Ven y comparte tus ideas para difundir la educación en todo el mundo!"

Si estás por la zona de Barcelona o si deseas viajar a Barcelona el 21 de octubre, únete y comparte tus ideas e historias sobre cómo, juntos, podemos utilizar la colaboración y la tecnología globales para ayudar a difundir la educación en todo el mundo. Durante varios años muchas personas alrededor del Proyecto Labdoo.org han ofrecido muchas horas y han trabajado duro para arrancar el proyecto. Hoy, gracias a todos vosotros, Labdoo es una realidad, sirviendo ordenadores portátiles a más de 1000 escuelas de 120 países, llegando a más de 285 mil estudiantes a nivel mundial. Hemos trabajado juntos creando y utilizando la red social humanitaria de Labdoo desde cualquier lugar: desde tu hogar, desde tu instituto, desde tu trabajo, desde tu universidad o desde su ONG, muchas veces conectándote con personas a miles de kilómetros de distancia. Por este motivo pensamos que es hora de reunirnos, porque ni siquiera la mejor tecnología puede reemplazar el toque humano que nos conecta a todos.

Nos complace contar con un notable grupo de ponentes y visitantes destacados desde la India, Ghana, Ecuador o Italia y con conexiones en vivo de muchos otros en California, Colombia, Suiza y Alemania. Todos ellos compartirán sus sorprendentes historias para aconseguir una educación y nos mostraran cómo a través de su activismo global están cambiando la vida de muchos otros mediante la difusión de la educación mediante las herramientas colaborativas de Labdoo.
