Regarding to the contents of the po file, does the order matters? or we just need to make sure the whole block is together and the translation is filled within the double quote of the msgstr ""? Thanks!

The order does not matter, but i would recommend not to change the order to make sure the PO file does not break. So you just need to download the PO file, search for all occurrences of the keyword ‘msgstr “”’ and include into the quote “” the translation of the English words found in the field ‘msgid’. I hope this makes sense, let me know if otherwise.
