Better integration of local helpers and networks (coaching)

Part of the coaching Labdoo.org DACH is receiving actually by www.startsocial.de is to optimize organisation and growth of Labdoo.org in the German speaking countries. The coaching will start now and last until end of February, 2016. This team task might be used to collect and discuss ideas and needs. Other hubs and national Labdoo chapters might get benefits from this work done here.

Since in Labdoo 1.0 country and town of a Labdooer's location was not mandatory only a few users from the period 2012 until summer 2015 could be identified as German users. It is important to use the features of Labdoo's web-site 2.0 to identify,contact and keep in contact with the German Labdooers. Actually 80 German users can be identified using the filter for country = Germany.

The concept will be worked out the next weeks (in German), but it is already obvious that the focus will be on laid on

• establish a better contact to registered users (Labdooer)

In 1.0 a mail was generated for the super-hub, when a user from "his" country was registered. As every new user receives a generated welcome message (has to be reviewed) no further action were taken. But it might be interesting to activate these notification mails for the super-hub again?

• keep in contact with the Labdooer

We should contact and ask them, if they use the existing channels to broadcast Labdoo information:
- social networks (Facebook, G+, Xing, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Labdoo DACH group and wall
- newsletter
Part of the coaching might be a survey amongst these users, if they use which channel and what they need, suggest or plan to use, so we can optimize our communication.

In the result the registered users should be guided to set-up a local hub or branch or to contribute as grass-root or in another way to Labdoo.

So: This is not a real task for Jordi, this is just a first start to collect ideas and input and to co-ordinated the discussion. In the end we will come out with some tasks for someone :)
