Hi Ralf. I would like to make a slightly different suggestion in order to help track new users. Instead of sending out a special email to specific users with admin right and for each different country, which would make it difficult to manage (we can do this for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, but many other countries may want the same in the future), you can also very quickly figure out which users recently registered by doing the following:

  1. Go to the Labdooers dashboard and select Germany as country: https://www.labdoo.org/labdooers?&country=de
  2. I just added a new column called "Joined Labdoo" which tells you when that user joined the project. The table is by default ordered so that the last user to join Labdoo shows at the top, but you can click on "Joined Labdoo" to change that ordering.

Using the above simple method you can track which users recently join. Then, clicking on that user's account and clicking on their "Contact" tag, you can quickly send them a message.

This approach simplifies things because it does not require centralized organization, everyone can use it without the need to configure automatic emails for specific countries and user roles.

The objective is to make this type of actions as distributed as possible so that you don't need a centralized "Admin" to configure special emails for each country, which would make the project less scalable and this helps to remove centralized bottlenecks. I do plan on implementing a new subscription module special for Labdoo (based on other task requests like this https://www.labdoo.org/content/team-event-announcement) but that will require some more effort.
