I have burned a CD ready to sanitize a laptop but have come across a laptop that has no CD drive. Is there a way around this?

yes, of cause, instead of using a CD as boot media you can generate a bootable USB-stick. You use the same iso-file you used to burn the CD. But you might have to install/use a different software tool to generate the bootable USB drive. We prepares some

Depending on your OS (Windows, Apple, ...) there might be other tools available. Just search for a tool in web. There are so many to burn iso-CD/sticks/drives.
