hello
i have instances where the location of a dooject is shown improperly. for example please check this laptop:
https://www.labdoo.org/laptop/000005175
if you scroll down below the picture to the LOCATION part then it shows the proper address and geo location but the headline is definitely wrong because it shows one of the edoovillages labdoo hub zurich is maintaining:

Hi Jordi,
this dooject (5221) was cloned from https://www.labdoo.org/content/000005181,
but status 5221 was set to S2. So no edoovillage assigned. But still this
notification mail was send to a receiver, registered as notifier in the
(not assigned) former edoovillage. Please check, thanks.

Hi Jordi,
Laptop (5235) was the origin laptop to be cloned. At the moment tagging a new laptop (expected # 5236) someone deleted laptop # 4900. So far everything worked fine, the cloned new laptop got this free ID. I saw in the browser # 4900 and printed the labels for # 4900.
But then I received the notification mail below with the number #5235 (the template being cloned). This is not...

Most of the teams are formed by not a very large number of users, but some teams (like the Global) does have lots of subscribed users. In this cases, when sending a message, we need to throttle the sending of emails to ensure it does not exceed the quota limits of the SMTP service provider.
Implement an algorithm to throttle email out.

Currently, the throttling capacity of team notifications is 480 recipients / day (see https://www.labdoo.org/content/implement-email-throttling). Improve it.

Testing notification throttling feature (please omit this message)

When doojects have status S5, S6, T2 they cannot be used anymore. In the edoovillage page itself this is shown correctly. But in the Edoovillage dashboard not, as the number of doojects in use still contains the broken doojects.
When you look at the edoovillage on https://www.labdoo.org/content/edoovillages-dashboard (1) and at the edoovillage page itself (2), you will see a difference:

just tried:
Add a notification mail to https://www.labdoo.org/content/dootrip-23-lelystad-netherlands-kampala-uganda and changed the status of all 3
involved laptops to T1.
Expected that the dootripper notification will be included in the status change mail, but it wasn't.
Then I changed the dootrip status to completed, but no mail was generated for the mail in dootrip notification mail...

Send an email to hub managers upon hub creation. In the email, include:
- A link to the labdoo wiki manual
- Offer the option to create a @labdoo.org email address (only if requested)

A dootrip shows the assigned laptop(s), but not the involved edoovillage. Can you show by a link the edoovillage? Thanks.
