The National Youth Authority seeks to provide unskilled and unemployed young people with demand driven apprenticeship skills
and work ethics for global competitiveness and quality regarding gender, disability, regional balance and protection of the environment.
The trainig is designed to produce technology influenced artisans who will apply information and communication technology knowledge and
competitive skills for empowernment.
