CEPOMAR està implementant des de l'any 2020 el Programa Profuturo, un programa de la Fundación Telefónica i Fundació La Caixa, a l'estat de Nova Esparta, Venezuela. L'objectiu del projecte és enfortir les habilitats tecnològiques dels docents per poder optimitzar i milllorar els processos educatius a distància.
