Error message after updating the status of dootronics

After I updated the status of 2 dootronics, these messages below (and attached image) appeared.

- Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.
- There was a problem sending an automatic message, please contact Labdoo at contact@labdoo.org

Dootronics --- 000018668 and 000018669
Incident time ---- around 15:10 Eastern Daylight Saving Time

Not sure if this is a known or expected error but just reporting.

There was a technical issue recently that led to this error. This was resolved a few days ago (a few hours after the issue occurred), so this should not happen again. Thank you Kazushi.
