Hi Team,

I installed this french offline wiki package on a Dootronic:
http://ftp.labdoo.org/download/images/xowa-wikis/3.1/fr.xowa-wikis-3_1.t...

Unfortunately the package missed some files in the wikipedia subfolder, so just this crucial part did not work. I fixed the package by adding the missing wikipedia files from the official XowA webpage (https://gnosygnu.github.io/xowa/) using following update package for french wikipedia:
https://archive.org/download/Xowa_frwiki_latest/Xowa_frwiki_2016-03-05_f...

I could now provide a complete package for french wikis, but how to proceed?
I suggest:
1.) Upload of fixed package to FTP-Server using name fr.xowa-wikis-3_1_new.tar.gz
2.) Some QA-procedure applied (i.e. x times downloaded and tested)
3.) Rename "_new" to replace old file

What do you think?

Hi André,

you are right, a fixed fr.xowa-wikis.tar.gz was already uploaded yesterday (see date 05.10. 6:31). Sorry, but already solved. Please download fixed version and test it. If the problem still exists let me know.

The wikis stay valid for +/- 6-9 months. I update only 1-2 times per year the Xowa tool, as it comes always with new wikis etc.

The 3.1-wikis will stay valid and unchanged for a while and will not be updated (except there is a mistake, like you found). Then the next wiki release will be uploaded to a new, separate folder.

If you need more languages / wikis as prepared archives let me know.
