Urafiki Girls (UG) is a Non- Profit Organization that creates a positive environment to unite and support
girls and young women ages 8-14 and 15-19 to maximize their potential and reach their life goals
Vision: Creating empowered communities where girls have the knowledge, resources, and
support to exercise their rights, pursue their aspirations, and thrive in a nurturing and inclusive
environment.
Mission: Empowering adolescent girls through education, skills, and support to achieve their
goals, contribute to community development, and break down systemic barriers for a more
equitable society.
Goal: Increase the accessibility of friendly services and Mainstreaming ways for girls to think of
their potential toward reaching their goal through strategic partnership at all levels.
