One of the important things
One of the important things to do is to press down the power off button (while battery is removed) for about 30 seconds, have you tried this?
So the steps are:
- Remove battery.
- Unplug the power cable from the laptop.
- Press the power button for 30 seconds (this is what discharges the laptop from any electrostatic charge)
- Then plug the power cable back to the laptop (but it's important that you don't plug the battery, only the power cable).
- Try now to boot the laptop.
