MIMI na TEHAMA (I and ICT), this is the project with the aim to empower and training children and Girls in Information communication and technology.
This project will focus also to increase the number of girls in ICT Studying.
Our project start in 2022 where we start by the awareness in our community about the important of ICT especial for the girls, and we achieve to reach more than 5000 girls in our awareness campaign, and also in 2022 we start to training 20 children in ICT.
Our plan in 2023 is to training 200 children and 70 Girls with the age of 18 to 25 years on Digital and ICT ,and most of girls is those who left school because of pregnant , and our aim is to increase the number of young people in Tanzania who have a knowledge on Information technology.
we have three teachers who teach children in our project and also we have four volunteer who volunteer in this project.
Mimi na TEHAMA ,plan to have ICT HUB in 2023, and also we plan to establish two ICT clubs in secondary school ,two ICT club in Primary School and one ICT club in College.
Now we need 40 laptop that we help us to reach our goals,
This laptops will be used by our student who come to learn in our hub, and these laptop shall be the opportunity to change the future of many Tanzania.
