Description de projet:
Hogar Norma is a home and school for handicaped children in Paraguay. There
is no public funding for the school. In the first step this the school needed 15 laptops (summer 2012). In the second phase an additional computer room will be build up. So futher 10 laptops were needed (April 2013).
