Hi there!
We have been discussing today in the Labdoo Hub München the idea of sending a survey to the Edoovillages which already recieved dootronics to get feedback from them. It would be a survey with standard questions.
We haven't think about the questions or the system to run the survey. But it should be a multiple choice and yes/no survey where we could easily extract the data.
The idea came because we have asked for feedback from some of the Edoovillage we have worked with and they haven't given any. We think it maybe because they are not really sure what they should give as feedback and how.
What do you think about the idea? Was this topic already discussed?
Thanks and have a nice day!

This sounds a great idea
This sounds a great idea (Although a lot of work...but if you have the time and an idea how to do it, lets go fo it)
does anyone know if such a proposal has already been thought about?
Maybe the survey can be
Maybe the survey can be combined with the usual/regular check about the delivered dootronics and their status?
We can try, but I don't
We can try, but I don't expect much feedback. No or poor access to web, other urgent needs in every day life and other priorities may keep projects away from reporting. But that is just my personal opinion.
I like the idea. If we can
I like the idea. If we can somehow minimize the manual effort, like suggested with a standardized online survey, so it it only necessary to send the link to the edoovillages, it does not matter, if only 10 percent of them answer. We still have refreshed the contact.
I would like to throw the following questions into the idea bucket:
- Are you still satisfied with the devices delivered by Labdoo?
- Do you need more?
Of course, if we raise such questions, we need to organize that the delivered answer reaches the coordinating Hub.
Gruß,
Sebastian
Hello, i personally think we
Hello, i personally think we really need to get feedback. I think there are free tools to design, make and read the survey very efficiently. The key point is a good design of the questions and, as someone pointed out, to get them to answer. If we do find a good tool we i think we should try. So two questions
1. Which tool is the best?
2. What questions should we ask?
Salut,
I think this is a good idea
I think this is a good idea and something that has been in Labdoo's radar for a while too. Getting more feedback is always important. We've been using Labdoo Stories to get feedback but again many projects don't really write their story due to the reasons stated (lack of connectivity, lack of time or even unawareness). I think creating a form would be very beneficial as it's simpler to do than writing a full story.
One simple way is to use Google Forms. Labdoo California has created some form for other types of activities (mainly to help train their volunteers), here is an example: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfppqLv6RjBNkWGLOQ9lpOuGjwHU7wU...
If you want to take the initiative on this effort that would be very well received and something we could all use for all our edoovillages.
Hi all,
Hi all,
thank you very much for your positive comments.
I think the best approach is if we (from the Hub München) come with a proposal of questions and system and then we may get a second round of feedback through this post.
We will keep you posted on our progress!
Have a nice week!
P.S. Thanks for the forms of California, I have used in the past Google Forms and they are really easy to use and to get extract the data from them
Thank you München team for
Thank you München team for ideas and proposals! I am excited to see ideas coming from Labdoo hubs and I like the Edooviilage survey. When you are planning your proposal, I appreciate if you can make sure the survey and the survey tool can be used by other Labdoo hubs (who can access, questions & contents can be used by any hubs, etc).
Look forward to hearing the proposal!
