When doojects have status S5, S6, T2 they cannot be used anymore. In the edoovillage page itself this is shown correctly. But in the Edoovillage dashboard not, as the number of doojects in use still contains the broken doojects.
When you look at the edoovillage on https://www.labdoo.org/content/edoovillages-dashboard (1) and at the edoovillage page itself (2), you will see a difference:
In (1) in the column the shown number includes the recycled laptops,
as in (2) the figures are exact.
I often scroll down to check, if there is a open need to oraǵanize the dootrip. So in (1) it might look like no open need, as in (2) you see there is a need, due to broken laptops.
So I suggest to reduce the number shown in (1) by those laptops being broken oder recycled.

I just checked, and currently
I just checked, and currently the column "Delivered" in the edoovillage-dashboard (https://www.labdoo.org/content/edoovillages-dashboard) is reporting only the doojects under status S4. So this column is not including the recycled laptops.
- The column "In transit" is reporting S3 plus T1.
- The column "Delivered" is reporting S4.
- The column "Remaining" is reporting number of "laptops needed" minus S3 minus T1 minus S4.
That means that if you really want to know if a school is in need of laptops, you just need to check the column "Remaining". That should give you the right value.
I just slightly modified the dashboard to be a little bit more clear, using the following naming convention:
Needed (N)
In transit (T)
Delivered (D)
Remaining (R = N-T-D)
