”Kreacije savremenog detinjstva” is the project Ana Andelkovski and Josipa Pfend, who are educators with a long-standing experience in pre-school and elementary education, parents education and work with young people with disabilities.
Noting the great disproportion between the needs of parents for the stay of their children in the modern, stimulating and educational environment of the available number of places in existing kindergartens, the lack of educational centers that train children and young people with disabilities for the modern labor market Andelkovski and Pfend decided to open a modern institution , which would offer a quality service in the market, in terms of staying children and young people in a pleasant and stimulating environment, both in terms of furnishing rooms, and in terms of education and education to the highest standards.
The expert staff of the educational center, which includes three educators, IT experts and physiotherapists, will strive to monitor the development of each participant in a quality and careful manner, and to adequately respond to its developmental needs, with the aim of directing to maximally develop individual potentials, respecting the individuality of each, the nature of comprehensive learning of children and young people with disabilities.
The mission of the Center is to provide parents with children aged 3+ with continuous professional support in performing parental roles, helping to build responsible parenting and appropriate competencies for quality support to the individual development of all potentials of the child.
Thanks to specially designed multi-intelligent programs, our educational center members have the opportunity to find their passion for a particular discipline through original, applied and technical knowledge that will facilitate their choice of future academic and professional careers. Our goal is to devise a creative and stimulating environment, and then, to observe, discover, develop and nurture the talent of children and youth OSI, encouraging them to consciously find the source of their own inspiration.
The mission of the Center is to provide young people with disabilities with continuous professional support in training for the modern labor market, helping to build responsible participation in the community and appropriate competencies for quality self-development support. By educating young OSI we aim to reduce the percentage of long-term unemployed working-age ones, and thus provide assistance in gaining new knowledge and skills for easier employment, as well as supporting the development of entrepreneurship by providing quality investment, training and education of interested persons.
The main task of the Educational Center is to minimize the negative consequences of slow changes in the education system and to enable the education of contemporary educational profiles required by employers of the 21st-century market.
Learning has changed, students have changed and technology has changed, and our goal is to be an educational center with the highest standards that invests in new innovative solutions that encourage new knowledge and make future generations socially active.
The mission of the educational center is to provide the latest and most accurate knowledge about the ways of learning, self-development, and development of the capacities of children and young people in order to help them achieve their potentials, continuously developing their knowledge, skills, and abilities. The mission of the project is to upgrade and support the development and education of children and youth OSI in a contemporary way. Our role will be a continuous contribution to the community to provide services free of charge, to support and direct young people's OSI towards modern forms of education in order to achieve a higher level of youth training for the innovation market. Considering that one of the project bearers of the project is a highly functional OSI, the Center for Education and Development would provide maximum support for the inclusion of young OSIs, educating them for a modern market and demand that does not imply massive employment in positions that most often no one wants to work.
The analysis of the market found that there is a great demand for modern forms of education of children, while the market is crying for the training of young OSIs. This points to a significant untapped potential of the market, and thus the opening of the new educational center has its full market justification. An additional argument in favor of this is the current local community development strategy (Zemun), which has identified the lack of spatial capacities for the accommodation of children in kindergartens, extended stays, as well as the facilities that provide support and modern education for a young person with disabilities.
Our educational center will provide a wide range of possibilities with the goal of finding each participant in something and perfecting his development to the maximum.
Within the educational center, there will be various services that monitor the interest and individuality of each participant. The focus is on contemporary programs that train children and young OSIs for the 21st-century market.
Through the programs of the educational center "Creations of magical childhood", children and young person with disabilities will have the opportunity to emphasize their inspiration, quality, and creativity at each workshop. It will develop the ability to work independently in areas that give them the opportunity to develop their personality to the maximum. By learning through the game, children will develop new abilities, while a young person with disabilities will have the opportunity to improve themselves with the help of new knowledge that will prepare them and enable them for a modern labor market.
During the workshops, the relationship between individual and group activities is the same. Our task is to provide high-quality teaching with the ways in which children and young people will be able to achieve themselves as they learn about themselves and their potential, as well as enable them to harmonize their relations, provide support and understanding.
We are committed to seeking the best in each student. We will create an incentive environment for the development of skills, skills, and values. With continuous encouragement and recalling that every participant is fully aware of his quality and talent, we will try to prepare students for the life in which they will develop and constantly improve.
We believe that by aligning diversity, talent, academic education, and professional careers, we guarantee the guarantee of inner satisfaction, successful personal and professional self-realization! For that very reason, we believe in education and human potential!

We need laptops to carry out teaching adequately and quality. Programs that provide a requirement for determining the number of computers so that each student can practice the way of teaching material to be taught.
