Peace for People Foundation is a Nepal-based non-profit organization, established in 2009, dedicated to solving social and gender issues and advocating for sustainable community development by empowering individuals and mobilizing their unique talents. We work to create equal educational opportunities for young learners to develop their knowledge, skills,, and abilities, so that they can not only improve their personal socioeconomic situations but also become actors in their communities’ development.

Global Classroom Project
We are building a network of virtual exchanges, namely “Global Classroom”, involving teachers and children from Nepalese schools with teachers and children of schools from around the world. It is an unique opportunity for the young participants which enables them to create meaningful connections, develop intercultural competencies and to become more widely educated global citizens. We realize the importance of a virtual learning education system where the kids from Globe communicate freely under the guidance of mentors and ultimately, learn something new that can’t be acquired locally. The project will connect 5 Primary schools from Dhading district of Nepal with schools based in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Japan. The students will be organized into two groups: 10-12 years and 13-16 years.
For this purpose, we require high-quality laptops that will help us run this project in a smooth manner. The Labdoo laptops would be an invaluable resource for us to bridge the marginalized communities with the global world through this project.
