The Nepalese OER 2017 http://ftp.labdoo.org/download/install-disk/wiki-archive/wikis/NE/en-ole_nepal.tar.gz cannot be opened in Firefox 68 (rel. Spring 2019). The OER was not changed since 2 years and we don't expect that the Nepalese archive will be modified soon.

The content increased from about 4 GB to 40 GB for each of the 3 languages, which offers schools and pupils much more eductaional content and video tutorials. What are the pros and cons of each option (with /without batteries) and where could we set up a standard criteria.
